The best strategy is a lot simpler than eating nothing but raw
fruit. Eat real whole foods as fresh as possible with minimal
processing. this includes fresh meat, real whole fresh milk,
fresh vegetables, etc. A modicum of cooking won't hurt either.
In fact many foods need to be cooked, soaked, or fermented to
either neutralize toxins or allow better absorption of
nutrients.
Bone broth soups are exceptional food. So are eggs. Meats
contain important essential proteins and essential fats that
can not be gotten on a primarily fruit based diet. And fruits
have been bred to be sweeter than they used to be.
