For the first time in a long time I am under 350 lbs! For so long I was above and generally thought of myself as 400. Now that I am under 350, I can round down and consider myself as 300! I know it sounds funny but it really helps my self esteem.

My clothes are loose and I was able to buy new ones at a lower size. I am down from a 58 pant to a 54.

I coach little league and I can actually hustle some and get around the field to deonstrate plays, etc.

Next medium goal-size 50.

Thanks to you all in this forum. I don't think I'd have made it this far without all of you! ;)

Excellent!!! Congratulations!!!

I know it is very exciting to move to lower sizes. I have 3 sizes of jeans in my dresser right now, my current ones 42's, 40's and 38's.
