Guess i can give you guys an update after a long layoff, this puppy just turned 35 and after 7 month none stop of chiro treatments my back pain is getting better.
In fact i can now train my body with weights 3 times a week and dont get the pains i once had.
This is in no way a publicity or anything and i am not plugging any product, i am a huge MMA fan and have known Bas Rutten for a long time guess since is pancrase days back in 1993.
I am a high intensity person, dont talk to me about walking for an hour, or using the stationnary bike i rather die slowly.
I just started doing bas rutten cd and dvd workout there is a boxing cd, thai boxing, MMA cd and all around workout.
I am still at the starting phase of the boxing cd with the 10 2 minute rounds 1 minute rest, but this stuff is serious.
After a month i feel great and my cardio is true the roof, i am not tired all the time has i was before, and the fact that i train 3-4 times a week with weights makes it all better.
Anyone looking for something different and is tired of the same old cardio equipment the gym has to offer needs to try boxing, tae bo even bootcamp classes.
On another note i got a new house and me and my girlfriend decided to use the basement and build a home gym, best thing i ever did.
