ok I crawled dug scraped and yeah did some cardio here and there .But I finally have hit a 20 pound loss.Onward to a 30 pound loss now

Lol yeah lemme clean the dirt outta my nails so I can scrape some more.Honestly I tell myself daily it doesnt matter as long as it goes down.I dont care if it is a quarter pound as long as it is down

And I agree totally, as long as its DOWN, doesn't matter by how much - it'll get to those goal numbers on the scale eventually and every day, we're getting healthier and healthier!

Way To Go!! I too just hit my first 20- feels great, huh? And like you am looking onward to the next 20!
I have done Atkins with good success before, but am losing really quickly this time around!! Started Atkins 5/27 and Kimkins 6/7- 20 pounds in 25 days!!
