This is very embarassing to type and ask but I am pretty much freaking out. I can get to the doctor on Tuesday and will but until then here goes. Friday night I started with pain in my lower stomach into my leg which worsened with walking. I layed down and it really didn't help all that much. Saturday I wake up with one of my labia swollen about 4x it's normal side also hardened. The swelling is still present today and is making sitting and laying down very uncomfortable. There is no discharge, but there has been fever. There are no bumps, lesions, or rash. I am clueless to what is going on and very concerned. I am 500% sure it is not an STD so that is not an option. Does anyone have any clue?

No idea but can you get to urgent care today? That doesn't sound like something you should let go. Fever indicates it might be an infection and you don't want that to go on untreated, it could be life-threatening.
I plugged in labial swelling stomach pain fever into google and came up with a few hits. Get into a doctor today!

I agree with Nancy. Go to urgent care or the ER, don't wait until Tuesday!!

It sounds like quite a dramatic infection, you really do need to go straight to the doctor, urgently. This is not something that can wait.
Good luck!

I guess I am being stubborn about going in now since I work at our local ER and the thought of my coworkers knowing

I really think you should go to the ER. Certainly there must be someone there that you don't directly work with who could look at you or go to a walk-in clinic. As a nurse, the term "dying of embarrassment" comes to mind. By this, I mean there are so many people who prolong medical treatment solely because it involves embarrassing questions or invasive examinations. What seems like a simple infection can cause irreversible damage, fast. Seriously, who cares what your co-workers think, push your pride aside, this is your health we are talking about here.
Best wishes on a speedy recovery.

Agreed, medical help may be necessary...
Google "Bartholin's gland." You have two (unless you've had them removed) and if so, you would already know what the problem may be. Small glands at the vaginal opening that contribute to lubrication. If they get whacked (vigorous sex is one way, but not the only way, and when they get good and unhappy, any sex will do), they swell shut, continue to try to lubricate, and then get backed up and infected.
"Grapefruit" comes to mind...
Warm sitz baths? High concentration of epsom salts? but yes, medical attention for immediate care, and then consider having it out if it ever happens again. I struggled to manage them for several years and had them over more than 15 years ago, and never looked back. I'm MUCH healthier without that source of semi-constant low-grade infection.

I agree with everyone, you need to be looked at right away - I fully understand about your coworkers - can you not go to another hospital or at least a walk in clinic?

I hope she's seen a doctor as well. Last summer a friend of mine was completing her Master's degree. One day one of her breasts became inflamed, hot and hard. The next day it was burning up, nearly doubled in size and rock hard. She went to emerg. and was diagnosed with breast cancer in both breasts. The symptoms came on literally overnight. She was forced to take this past year off of work, underwent chemo and a double mastectomy. She is 35.
If something seems even the slightest bit wrong, go to a doctor.

My thought exactly. It may need to be excised and a drain put in place.

I actually had to have one removed. After the 1st time when it was lanced open in an emergency room, then the second time the gyn said it had to come out. GO TO YOUR DR!
