so, I'm hoping that this milestone is real and not a figment of my imagination, but when I got on the scale today it read less than 250 for the first time in a long time. I've been stuck between 250-252 for about a month now and I'm really ready to move on so I'm hoping that this is for real. so, here's to small victories.

I like the .8 ! That is precise measuring. My scale is crap, when I weigh myself I get + - 3 pounds !!! lol

Great! If it still fluctuates, do not worry, it is water or other things going on. Just keep on doing what you are doing and you'll keep getting closer to your goal.

I get the greatest weightloss right after my t.o.m. Finally I can look forward to that t.o.m.

IMO a milestone is any moment where you see a number you thought was long gone...even if it goes away the next day (because of water and other fluctuations). To me, that is simply a sign of things to come. At some point you'll be below 250 as the rule, not the exception. Congrats!
