I usually HATE aspartame, but have actually been enjoying a few Sprite Zeros

do you think that could be a stall?

zero
carb
fat
calories
protein
35mg sodium per can

Anything like this in moderation should be OK....how many a day are you drinking and are you drinking water too?

A true stall is no weight loss for more than 4 weeks.

I drink them often and have still been able to lose weight. Not scientific but a perspective.

Scented1, If you go into a long stall and want to tweak your program I'd ditch the Sprite. It's such a YMMV thing. Some people never can use artificial sweeteners, while others can with no problems.

I drink about 3 of these a day along with my coke zero. I don't think it's hurt me at all.

There is lots of sodium hidden in diet drinks....my ankles swell if I have more than 1 a day!

these have 25 mg per 8 oz can. Pretty low. I will check and see if there is citric acid (sour salt) and report back. I am not completely sure if the FDA makes the manufacturers report that as salt content.

I wanted to add that I am also loving the cherry coke zero too. If you can do caffeine.

One or two of these a week and I am good on soda cravings. :)

The vanilla coke zero is okay too. but these are my favs.

I recently picked up a diet soda habit. Probably not the wisest thing to do but I was drinking crystal light anyway and decided I wanted something different. I never drank diet sodas (or regular) in my life so this was a total new change that I have been enjoying. I like the coke zero but I seem to like diet pepsi more. I am enjoying diet dew and I do not like diet coke with splenda and diet coke plus. I also do not care for any of the diet pepsi jazz flavors. I did pick up a few sprite 0s to try too. Considering Ive lost 26 pounds since I picked up my diet soda habit I am not that worried about a stall.

I drink it all the time and have no problem I have heard of some having some kind of stall. If you like it drink it and if you find your body stalls cut it out

good luck to you

I alone am probably responsible for a good chunk of diet coke sales in my area. If I were to give them up, they'd notice the decline in sales instantly! ;)

I know they bother some, but I don't seem to have any trouble with them.

In the carbonated beverage catagory I have found a liking for Pepsi One. It doesn't have the slightly bitter aftertaste of Aspertame, as it's made with Spenda.

I also am partial to Lipton Diet Green Tea, Tropicana Sugar Free Lemonade, Sobe South Beach Diet Green Tea, and one of my new favorite drinks are the low carb drinks from FUSE. They are tremendously awesome (great taste, a variety of flavors, very refreshing, packed with good stuff).

ohh I am going to check out the Fuse line! Thanks for the tip. Ohhh maybe the Pepsi One too. I am normally a pepsi drinker! D'oh, I don't know why I didn't think of that. :)

Keep in mind that the Fuze drinks have like 4g carbs per bottle or something like that.

Concerning the Fuze line of drinks.. the "Fuze Slenderize" line are the ones that are low in carbs. There are two servings per bottles (2 carbs per serving). But they do taste good.

oh thanks for that info! I have actually been trying to stay away from splenda etc I stalled. I don't know if it was the soda or just the SF candies I was binging on. I think it is the latter of the two

I love love love cherry coke zero. It's the only thing I could find to replace my beloved dr.pepper.
