Just wanted to say hello. You've done a great a wonderful job with your site Wa'il.
My name is Rab and I live in the Central Interior of BC. You've already met my sister-in-law Gopher. I began Atkins last October and lost very well and then stalled and went off on my own for quite a while. Thankfully, I didn't gain much weight back at all - I've fluctuated between 3-8 pounds over my lowest weight from last summer. I had been keeping to lower carb living so it certainly proves that low carb is the way to go, especially for my body.
