Anyone read the New Revised Atkins' book? The one that came out in December? Just curious if it was worth pursuing or not. :thdown: or :thup: Thanks!

I have bought the new book and for me it was totally worth getting. It has a whole new outlook on doing LC. It is not that much just buy it or go to a Chapters book store for an hour and read some of it and then you can decide whether you would like to buy it. I am always picking mine up and rereading sections
