Hi,I am a newbie here.I started low carbs 4 weeks ago.I went through my first 2 week induction great and lost 11lbs :) first week of phase 2 went great as well and i lost 1lb.this past weekend I went to a shower and ate the mashed potatoes and gravy everyone was raving about, which I might add were delicious!Do I have to start all over again and go through induction phase or can i just pick up where I left off in phase 2?Thanks

Great job on your success so far!!! Too bad about the mashed potatoes though...those are the kinds of things that you really have to have a "Battle Plan" for; i.e., what can you have INSTEAD, that will be much more nutritious and legal for this way of eating.
If it was me (and it has been!), I think I would do a couple of days of pretty strict Induction and then carry on from there. Just see how your body has been effected.
Now, keep up the great work and try making some wonderful faux mashed potatoes with cauliflower - so much healthier!!!
