So whipped cream is ok on induction? I've read the book, two of the adkins books actually, but I don't remember seeing that on induction. Maybe i need to put my glasses on? Have a wonderful sunday! Hugs, Kelly

Hi there.....
I don't have the most recent copy of Atkins, but the one I have lists Whipped Cream/Heavy Cream under Beverages which are allowed. I have been using between 2-4 ounces of heavy cream (without any sweetner) a day all along.

Here is an idea for the Heavy Cream. This is what I do... I lkie to add milk to my eggs for scrambled eggs, but seeing as I can't have milk in the induction, I add a couple tablespoons of heavy cream. It is sooooo good!
It makes the eggs heavier so you are not as hungry later and they are so fluffy and lots o flavor!! Does anyone else do that or am I just weird? :daze:

That really sounds good. Thanks for the suggestion. Kelly

Greywolf,
I do it too!! You are not weird at all. It made sense to me that if you'd put milk in it before (cause eggs are kind of gross without the milk, IMO) that adding cream instead would do the same job!
