If you like garlic, cilantro, sour cream, and lime juice - well, here it is!

1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Realime juice (or the actual stuff)
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 TBPS dried minced garlic (or fresh if you prefer)
2 tsps seasoning salt

Stir it all together and let it rest in the refrigerator for a couple hours. It is WONDERFUL as a dipping sauce for whatever meat you might like. I put some alongside horseradish when I am doing rare beef strips.

It is also grand when enjoyed with pork rind carriers!

If you make wrapped sandwiches (with low carb tortillas) - you might want to spice them up with this.

I am just obsessed with this stuff, ever since getting some at Red Robin. It took a while to perfect the recipe. Don't be afraid to tweak this to meet your own preferences. Those who can handle monosodium glutamate may wish to add a bit.
