managed 20 min run outside, first time on my own in 6 months, i've run a few times with my daughter but that was intermittent. Couldn't find my counter so worked out a route that i'll run against for a few days and see how i get on.
Down to tesco express roundabout
Run down to second path
Up path to hastings drive
Across road, up round woods to planation drive
Across road to nursery and up hill to trotshill lane.
Run along trotshill lane and back down hill to home.
Took me 20 minutes

The route turns out to be just over 2 miles, not alot but considering i haven't run regularly in 6 months i have something to build on now. I did it this morning in 20 mins again and i'll just keep at the same route till i find it a bit easier then i'll add some more distance rather than boost my speed much.
Had lovely hot bath afterwards and started decluttering in the bedrooms, got alot done and all the rubbish/recyling has been disposed of.
