so if fresh is best...do we not want to try any of the SB diet pre-packaged foods? They are so yummy!

Not really.
1) Don't like to eat pre-pacakged foods that much (unless you count things like canned kidney beans, or garbanzos or stewed tomatoes)
2) Not for sale where I live

When this line of foods came out, Dr Agatson was asked this question and he said to use them once in a while when you cannot cook fresh. You should not be eating them all the time.
I do not eat them. I think that they do not follow the basic concept of this plan which is to avoid processed foods in general. :idea:

I really only like the wraps, which are cheese and the deli meat we are allowed. And then SF jello. Hmmm good for a lunch on the go.
