Day 3 of Lo Carb has been pretty easy, I expect to have lost a couple lbs tomorrow. I've done this a few times before, I know it works I just have to keep on it. I typically lose 9 lbs the first week, and 5 the second. This time I'm not giving in...gotta get my own body back and I'm going to fight for it this time. Anger is a tool, and I'm mad as hell and not going to take it anymore and it's going to work for me this time. How dare my desires tell me what I am going to eat?? I am the boss of my self, no other mortal person will command me.
San Diego is going to be so much fun in July! I fully plan on being 30 lbs lighter then...my strategy is aerobics at least 3 times a week, my yard maintenance job will give me all the extra exercise I need.
Today I ate 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and cilantro, two small slices of turkey pastrami, a couple ounces of microwaved cheese, 10 shrimp and 3 glasses of chardonnay. LOTS of water.
1 cigarette.
Yay, go me.
