5 drumsticks , 5 thighs (or your favorite )

Basting sauce:
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp granulated splenda
garlic powder to taste
ginger powder to taste
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Mix the basting sauce indredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil & boil intil the Splenda melts.

Bast your chicken pieces with this sauce.

Put the chicken on a foil covered cookie sheet

Bake for 45 - 60 minutes , basting often with the remaining sauce ( I basted mine every 20 minutes or so).

It came out yummy! Nice & crispy.

The basting sauce is so addictive ,that I made a turkey breast tonight & made that sauce again. But this time I omited the sesame seeds.
Then , I took some of the pan dripping that were turkey juice & the sauce & skimmed the grease & used it as a dipping sauce.
THAT too was good.

Now I am cooking down the bones , using extra dripping , the turkey wing that I didnt eat......Im thinking the soy sauce is really going to make that broth taste ever so good!

I will let ya know tomorrow ( its simmering over night in the crockpot)
