cream of spinach soup

1 can of chicken broth
1/2 cup frozen spinach
small amount of cream
salt and pepper to taste


put broth and spinach in a small pot and allow to boil. Add cream, keep stiring so it doesn't boil over. Add salt and pepper.

I also made a broccoli soup
I had this bag of flowerettes that were starting to turn
cooked them in water until tender
suateed up about 1 to 2 tbsp of onion
used chicken boullion
put the cooked broccoli and onion into the boullion added about 2 tbsps of parmesan cheese and it was delicious
you will have to judge the quantities of broccoli and boullion for yourself
