:wave: Hello Everyone,
I am now on day 4 of the induction phase and I'm concerned that I may not getting enough carbs. I 'm eating things that are only in the DANDR.

That's fine laReyna!

Just make sure you are getting your 20 grams. Induction only lasts for 2 weeks.

When you figure out your carb counts, make sure you subtract the fiber in what you're eating from the total carb count. You can get to eat many more vegetables that way and it is Atkins sanctioned!
