My partner and I started BFL this Monday and so far so good!
I have really sore quads today from yesterdays LB (to be expected). I love the 20 min aerobic solution, it's harder than I thought it would be. I am used to hour-long aerobics classes. I think this makes you push yourself harder knowing you have a window of 20 minutes.
Having problems coming to terms with more carbs. The info on this site is proving invaluble - thanks to everyone! :thup:
