Honeysgurl's LOW CARB MEAT LOAF:





1 lb ground turkey (not turkey breast)

1 lb regular ground sausage

onion powder (2 tsp)

garlic powder (2 tsp)

italian seasoning (2 tsp) (not dressing)

parsley (couple shakes)

pepper (couple shakes)

worcestershire sauce (2 Tbl)

l.c. ketchup (2 Tbl)

crushed pork rinds (1-2 cups)

grated parmasan cheese (1/4 cup)

shredded parmasan cheese (1/2 cup) (I omitted this time..reducing sodium)
2 eggs

Mix well, place in pyrex dish sprayed w/ cooking spray. Shape into loaf.

Drizzle w/ sauce if desired, (see below). Cover w/ foil and cook at 400 for about 1 hr. Remove foil and cook about 30 more min.


We like sauce w/ ours:

2 small cans tomato sauce (any flavor: reg, garlic, or no salt)

vinegar (about 2 Tbl)

Worchestershire sauce (about 2 Tbl)

onion powder (to taste)

garlic powder (to taste)

splenda (about 3 Tbl)

salt-dash

pepper-dash

italian seasoning (about 2 tsp)

parsley (about 2 tsp)
