Made this up tonight:
*Note* the cream of broccoli soup is not for "soup"..It's for cooking with instead of high sodium campbells!
*I made this early in the day and placed in fridge until it was time to cook dinner.

From a 16 oz. bag of broccoli I took out 6 large broc. tops and placed in a bowl with a sprinkle of water. Microwaved 2 1/2 mins.
In Magic Bullet:
I added 2/3 C. heavy cream/cooked broc. tops/pat of butter{whole} and a sprinkle of S&P. Pulsed till chunky.
I then added 1/3 C. heavy cream and pulsed 4 times.
Placed everything in a large pot with 1/2 C. heavy cream and 1/4 C. hot water.
Bring to a boil and add 1 pat butter. Reduce heat and simmer.
Add all of the broccoli from bag. Stir well to combine.
Bring to a boil - reduce heat and add S&P - Stir - Simmer w/lid until broc. is tender.
Remove from heat and let cool.
I then placed in tupperware bowl and put in fridge till I needed it.
{This will be the main ingredient for the recipe I made up tonight I'll post below.}
