Judy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you soooooooooooo much for your wisdom on the apples. I have been doing 1/2 so far this week and having no problems with cravings. I begain my menstral cycle this week, so I've stopped weighing until the day after it ends in case I have water retention. But surprisingly, for the first time ever, I really don't feel yucky and bloated. I feel crampy, but not overly full. I suppose that is the water and my weight loss.

I've decided to stay at 1/2 and apple for another week and then change to berries for a week before adding two fruits a day. Exercise begins this weekend.

I am so thankful for this board!!!

Great!! :D

When I first saw the title of your thread, I was afraid to come into it as I thought that you were going to tell me that you were retaining water from eating 1/2 of an apple!!!

Yes, not eating a lot of refined carbs can make getting TOM not such a bloaty experience for some. Some still go through lots of bloating eating this way....I'm happy for you that its helping you to have an easier TOM...this month anyway!! ;)

Your doing great!! :)

TOM just left me for this month (and I'm never sorry to see him go! LOL!), taking with him the two pounds of water weight I recorded on this week's weigh-in. Whew! It doesn't bother me too much as long as I'm expecting it.

Sounds like you're doing great at Phase II!
