I am getting concerned that the sodium in Campbell's Tomato Juice could cause me to stall. Aside from organic skim milk, my string cheese and salad dressing, all the other sodium I take in is natural form. I found the tomato juice below at my local health food store. It only has 35 mg of sodium compared to Campbell's 570 per serving. Campbell's makes a low sodium variety, but I have not found it yet. Has anyone else had issue with sodium stalls?

Oh boy...I do all the time as I am a salty/crunchy person.
If you find a low sodium v8 or other tomato, juice, go with that!! :agree:
I do watch sodium levels all the time but never had a problem with the sodium level in a few ozs of V8 juice.

I'm interested in hearing the response.
I didn't think that sodium could stop fat loss?

Sodium can cause water retention. I am drinking all my water, but since I am drinking so much, the last thing I want to do is retain due to too much sodium. Thus my concern.
I think I would just feel better if I didn't have so much sodium so early in the morning. The only time I have tomato juice is for breakfast. We shall see what the next week brings.
Thanks guys!
