If it's low carb use it on jello or any low carb dessert. It would be the same thing as cool whip, right?

I think that they are the same thing. I buy it in a carton and it says heavy whipping cream on it.

Make yourself an alfredo sauce with it and pour it over chicken and veggies. :)

1/2 cup sweet butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium/low heat.
Add the garlic, cream, white pepper and bring mixture to a simmer.
Stir often.
Add the parmesian cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.
When sauce has thickend add the mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth.

If you are talking about liquid whipping cream in a carton and not already whipped (Cool Whip, or canned, sweetened whipped cream), they are the same thing. It goes by different names like table cream, whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, etc. It should read about 36% milkfat.

I dont know if you drink coffee or not but I whip up mine and put it on top of a cup of coffee then when it melts it makes it seem like a cappuccino!! Or I sometimes whip it up with a bit of sf syrup (raspberry or whatever flavor you like) and have a bit as a dessert!! Or you can make sf jello from scratch and when it is about half way set you stir in some of the cream and let it finish setting!!
