I have been low carbing since April 2 and have lost 10 pounds! I have a question about Greek food though. I ate the roasted chicken and feta cheese salad with a side of hommus and grecian sauce. The grecian sauce looked to be sour cream and onions and the hommus is mainly chick peas and olive oil. Does anyone know if I did okay or did I eat something I wasnt supposed to? The salad part was just greens and feta and a watery dressing. Thanks for your help!

If you are on induction, chick peas wouldn't be allowed.

Atkins carb counter lists hummus at 24.8 grams of carbs for a half cup and 18.5 grams after you deduct fiber.

I guess I have to cut that out of the diet. Oh well...I will do better tomorrow.
