Have any of you over the pond heard of this diet pill Iam from UK and someone has sent me details of Xenadrine, it claims to be very successful in the United States.
Any comments would be welcome

Carol, Xenadrine is and ECA stack (sometimes called a 'burner' or 'thermogenic') and there is a sticky thread all about them located in the General Exercise Forum. You might want to do a little reading :)

i used xenadrine a while ago for a few weeks i found that i was losing weight, but it had many side effects. i felt very weak, i was never hungry wich was good but i had hedaches and i was very irridable. not to mention i couldn't get to sleep at night!
i wouldnt do it again its not even worth it!
