Stacy's Bacon 'N Cheddar Quiche
You Need:
4 eggs
6 slices cooked bacon{I use sugar free/low sodium}
Shredded Cheddar
half of a small green bell pepper{diced/chopped}
4 green onions & tops chopped
1/4 C. heavy cream{I splash in a touch more};)
Salt & Pepper
Spray a 2Qt. Baking Dish w/cooking spray. {lightly}
Crumble Cooked Bacon {set aside}
In A Bowl: Mix eggs & cream well.
Sprinkle in a little S&P.
Mix again.
Sprinkle a thin layer of cheddar to coat bottom of baking dish.
Now evenly sprinkle bacon, bell peppers, and onions over that.
Pour egg mixture over everything gently and top with more cheese.
Bake Uncovered at 300*
25-30 Mins.
