There is a fantastic low carb bake mix that a local woman produces and sells it out of her yoga studio.
I had some left that I'd forgotten all about, so I baked a bunch and brought it to my gym - they devoured it within 5 minutes and asked for more. They didn't even know it was low carb.
Is there anyway I can get her connected to the store here on the site? Here bake mix is very low carb and comes in several flavors - chocolate, banana, vanilla and she is working on a mint choc chip. Yummy.
I used it all the time when I was doing fitness contests and it keep me in ketosis (and sane). It is also easy to bake and take with you when traveling.
