This Is Induction Friendly

Makes Enough For Two Adults (make Sure To Use Fresh Herbs)

2 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 Large Cloves Of Garlic (minced)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley(minced)
1 Tablespoon Diced Scallions
1/4 Cup Butter Or Marg.

Preheat Oven To 360

Take Your Breast And Pound Them Out To As Thin As Possible Without Breaking Them. Salt And Pepper To Taste Each Side.

In A Bowl Mix Butter, Fresh Herbs And Garlic Together. Making And Herd Butter.

Take Half The Mixture And Slather A Layer On Just One Side Of The Flat Breast, Use The Other Half For The Other Breast, Do The Same To It.

Now Roll The Breast Up And Secure The Roll With Some Tooth Picks. Place The Rolls Tooth Pick Side Down In A Baking Sheet.

Bake At 360 For 1 Hour And Enjoy
