Okay, here's my plan. Keep in mind I hate exercise but love the results. When I do work out, I work hard. I believe that exercise is a very important factor in my weight loss plan as well as being great for my health and fitness level. My goal is to exercise for one hour per day, six days per week. I work out at Curves (curcuit training) for one hour, three days per week. One day per week, I vacuum amd mop my entire house in one swoop, which gives me more than an hour of cardio. The other two days per week, I put on leg and hand weights and do exercises in front of the TV for one hour while watching a favorite show. That's it. I think I can keep it up. Please wish me luck! :)

Wow, not only will you get in great shape, your house will "sparkle" ;) Are you doing induction now? That workout plan may be too intense in the beginning...Denise

Hi Denise, thanks for your response. Yes, I'm doing induction. I'm in good ketosis now and I know it might get tough. I'll keep posting about the effects. Congratulations on being over 80% toward your goal!
