Hi, I'm based in the UK and have been a low carber (atkins mostly) for about 2 years. I've had great success when sticking to my Way of Eating, though when I revert back to type I tend to put weight back on. At present I am still 28lbs down but I want to get back to my all time best which was a further 28lbs down. Previously I used to take Atkins supplements using their 14 day Starter pack, contained Multivit, Omega 3 and Carb blockers/ fat burners? I'm convinced these helped to keep the diet on track. Unfortunately Atkins has gone bust int he UK and nobody sells these products anymore. We have a supermarket called Tesco who also used to sell their version but they have stopped these as well. Can anyone in the UK recommend a carb blocker / fat burner supplement as I really think they helped a lot. I've seen a few advertised but they look rather amatuer and I am a bit worried to try them out.
Cheers in advance

The best UK/Canada supplement company I know of is A.O.R. They provide very high grade supplements. A little more expensive than your usual supplements you find in stores, but worth the money because of the quality and supplement forms.

You can order directly from them by phone. This site contains most and some more supplements than the .ca site.

You can find more information about the products and the science here

Delivery is usually ALWAYS within 24hours from when you phone and order.

Please don't buy Carb bockers..I hate anything that inhibits any enzyme. It disrupts a perfectly normal bodily process ,so it's not healthy for you.

Just try and not eat any carbs so you don't have to "block" them

Don't worry about ketosis and strips turning colors.

Get your carbs down to 10 or lower per day.
