Just a question about bodyfat. What Estimator do you use?

Height and weight or Waist size and Weight

I just did my body fat estimator and used the height and weight because the waist size and weight is a really low %.

A skin fold caliper is more accurate than expensive machines. The measurements don't change because you fell off the LC wagon for a day or two it's that TOM.
