Hi All:

So, I am like totally bouncing off the walls today with energy. And the Elvis soug is pouring thru my blood. OK, so it's really Lord Almighty I feel my temperature rising.... so I took some freedom with the words.

I am dancing around at work, freakin' people out. I got kicked out of the lab for having tooo much energy! Oh, and singing and dancing.... Of course I can't hold a tune.... :wiggle:

Don't you just love it!!!

Oh yeah, I know how you feel. I mean, when I start cleaning out the garage and raking leaves I know it's an energy burst 'cause lawd knows I wasn't trying to do those things before.

So, good for you...keep that energy going girl!

On that note, I'd better get a workout in today.

I think I'll buy that tune for my iPod, too! I collect mood music. This works! I love the energy I'm feeling these days, too. Anyone know what exactly that rush is from? Obviously from no carbs, but what is it really from?

OK, so I was high as kite till 4 am, when I was finally able to drop off to sleep... Stinkin alarm went off at 5 am.
