I've only been LC'ing for a few days. I had the strangest thing happen to me today. Someone came to the front door of our house and rang the doorbell.I was on the top floor. I got up out of my chair, ran down the hallway, down the stairs, and to the front door. It was the paperboy collecting for this week. My purse was upstairs. I ran (and I mean RAN) up those stairs, got my purse, and ran downstairs. Only after I paid him and I closed the door did I realize "OMG! HELLO! Where is my PAIN??" I'm usually achey all over in my joints from head to toe and today I was flying around the house without any pain!

I read somewhere that gluten and carbs can cause inflammation in joints. I certainy wouldn't doubt it. Being carb-free like this for these days, my pain has already disappeared this fast!

Oh and my scale..which says I weigh ERROR  becuase it goes up to 330. I stood on it this morning and it said ERROR, of course, but i put one hand on the counter and it registered 329. SO..I am NOT THAT FAR OFF registering on my scale! My mini-goal of 330 is right in front of me! WOOHOO!!! Can you imagine running out into the street yelling "I weigh 330 pounds and I'm SO HAPPY!" Hahahahaa! It's so close I can just taste it.

Also, I noticed something else already. My skin is so clear and healthy. I know I was a little dehydrated before I started this WOL, so this extra fat and water is doing me wonders.

I thought I'd share my strange day with you. I hope everyone is having an amazing day too!

It really is! I was up at 6:30am this morning for work and rather than drag my sleepy butt around in the morning I felt great! I had to debate whether or not I wanted breakfast (wasn't hungry), too. Bizarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrre.

Definitely part of the game. I find myself practically eating on a schedule because I'm never hungry.

Remembering how my feet hurt in the morning is helping to keep me honest - it hurt so much - I only have flare ups in one finger now - my middle left one, which can come in handy! I try to tell fellow suffers to stop eating all those carbs but mostly the sugar to help with their achs and pains and I get this silence and blank stare - no one seems to want to say no to sugar. If only they knew how sweet fruit can be after kicking that sugar addication....oh well. Hey..... keep feeling better and better your doing it!
