Crock Pot Turkey LegsIngredients:
3 lg turkey legs
1 small can of tomato sauce (no salt added)
A dash of Mrs. Dash regular or some lemon pepper
Method:
Marinate legs in a plastic bag with the sauce plus one can full of water and the seasonings (overnight if desired) in the fridge.
Put legs and sauce into cooker on low for 8 - 9 hours then check with a fork. If tender meat should come off the bone easily. These are quite tender and not as strong flavored as the smoked turkey legs.
