Schwarzbein has a web site at www.schwarzbeinprincple.com
It gives a recipe and a brief discription of the plan but it doesn't have any support or forums. I wish there was a way to contact her to start some kind of fourm I think it helps alot. It's nice to know your not the only one out there trying so hard to lose weight and to also get healthy on her plan.

Any ideas on how to contact her to get something going?
