. It was like following clues in movie 'national treasure'.
Recalling entire past, current state of health.

Tartrazine, which triggers migraine. I am suffering from
common cold since last 4 and half months. Doctors say it is
'rhinitis allergy'. Many years ago I had symptoms of anxiety.
I didn't know doctor prescribed anxol (diazepam) for anxiety.
I was just taking it for migraine and sometime just to sleep
early. And am I suffering from depression? To some extent yes.

So that is it. Tartrazine, the smoking gun.

Ergotamine tartrate and prochlorperazine which I am using as
anti- migraine since last 11 years. Does 'tart' in ergotamine
tartrane and 'razine' in prochlorperazine has something to do
with 'tartrazine'?

Must be.

Logic is God.

. In the morning, migraine attack reached upto magnitude 1.
Mag 1 is not emergency to take pill. I waited and it gradually
vanished. I should remember that lemon means citric acid.

I did some digging. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurons

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Action_potential

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voltage-gated_sodium_channel

http://www.bloodbook.com/ranges.html

. My understanding is that in our blood bonded sodium ions
does not exist. Only free Na+ ions exist. So when voltage
gated sodium channel opens, positively charged sodium ions in
tartrazine are attracted towards negatively charged neuron
cell. But as sodium channel is not wide enough to carry
tartrazine molecule, sodium channels are blocked in internal
cerotid artery. That result in considerable resting potential
imbalance of neuron cells. And this difference in action
potential of neurons triggers migraine. Magnitude of migraine
depends on difference in action potential of neurons.

Why migraine does not occur daily even when tartrazine is
present in our blood because voltage gated sodium channels
remain closed at resting potential.

And during migraine when I take vasograin which contain
prochlorperazine, chlorine in prochorperazine combines with
sodium in tartrazine to form sodium chloride, which in turn
form free sodium and chloride ions. This facilates smooth
transport of sodium ions through sodium channels which were
blocked earlier during migraine. Thus migraine pain began
to decrease.

So this is what I think at present.

. Just when I was typing above stuff, migraine tremors began
to build up. It reached upto magnitude 1. When I was in
restaurant and took milk shake fruit juice, migraine
dramatically reduced. When I finished boiled spinatch,
migraine vanished.

I had to think over why migraine is still there.

So migraine is all about sodium, then why not stop eating,
drinking any stuff which contain sodium including edible salt?
There will not be any sodium in my stomatch and hence no
tartrazine formation.

But if sodium level in body falls below 135, it can be fatal.
But sodium intake in last 2 days is already just 25% of normal
intake because most of intake is just fruit, raw vegetable.

I think I can tolerate low sodium level for one day. So
tommorrow I will not take any food which contain sodium.

I will not suggest it for you until I confirm perfectly that
sodium and hence tartrazine is source of all migraines.

. So I woke up 2 hours ago. After 1 hour, migraine of mag 0.1
struck and vanished in 30 minutes.

How can it strike me. Now I know its mechanism. And
countermechanism already activated since last 48 hours. No
tablet, no capsule(those people use tartrazine to color
capsule shell). Lot of juice, water and just 25% intake of
sodium chloride. So excess sodium is flushed out. Still there
may be some traces of excess sodium. I will watch out.

Also my common cold problem is considerably decreased. Sodium
affect not only cerotid but sinus nerve. I had taken sinus 77
tablets but it didn't worked 2-3 months ago.

Most compicated machines are based on most simple mechanism.
And most complicated problems can have most simple solution.

And here solution of migraine is avoiding solution of
sodium chloride.

Sodium - cause of migraine.
