When I first starting loosing weight, I had this great DVD by the Firm. It did the total body and used weights and the fanny lifter. It did combined aerobics and weights and even did abs. For the life of me I cannot find that DVD ANYWHERE and I have searched and cleaning and everything. :( Can anyone help me out or have some suggestions on which video it might be. Thanks!

I have a lot of the Firm tapes, most of them the old stuff. Sounds like your's was one of the recent programs as it refers to the fanny lifter (versus tall step as the old ones say). Have you checked the Firm's website?

If you could describe the instructors we could tell you the exact title. From your description it is probably one of these:

Body Sculpting System 1 which has the Fanny Lifter and 3 workouts - Cardio Sculpt, Body Sculpt, and Ab Sculpt. I think it's available with all 3 workouts on a single disk.

Body Sculpting System 2 which has the Fanny Lifter, a "Sculpting Stick" and 3 workouts - Complete Aerobics and Weights, Total Sculpt, Maximum Cardio Burn. (My absolute favorite set, BTW.)

Newer Firms are widely available at most stores that sell videos, and they can be found online at Amazon, Firm Direct and Collage Video. I don't recommend buying direct from the Firm because they have terrible customer service.
