I was looking for a new sunscreen and I came across this

It helps explain why so many of us have much nicer skin now that we are low carbing.

glycation is a natural process where sugar molecules in the cells stick to protein fibers binding them together causing fibers to become stiff and brittle. as a result, skin loses its elasticity and becomes more vulnerable to wrinkling, sagging and uv damage. hydroxyprolisilane C slows down this activity, protecting the network of protein fibers.

for optimal results, check nutrition labels and avoid added sugars such as cane sugar, corn syrup, fructose and honey. committing yourself to healthy eating habits is like committing yourself to an exercise program. making a concerted and conscious effort to remove excess sugar from your life is all about change and self discipline.

I got carded recently, and I'm 41! I do think it has made a difference. Plus my daily flexeffect facial resistance training. Awesome.

I got carded because they didn't believe I was 60.
