Even though I don't smoke during the day, I smoke during the nite. Yeah, it may not make sense, yet it is what I do.
Yet, today I decided to finally quit for good. Will be much harder if I go out drinking.

Congratulations! I tried to quit, but gained 8 lbs and freaked out. I of course stupidly went back to smoking. I know I need to quit, but I just haven't found that inner determination.

this helped me---i had an operation that saved my life, after i recovered, every time i wanted to light up -i pretended that the doctor that saved my life was watching me try to kill myself. i have not had a smoke for 5 years, it was really hard but it sure is worth it good luck dougerry

Good for you, Chunktiger!! I am in the process of trying to become smoke-free within the next week or 2 if that makes any sense. I'm just gathering up my information right now. I've tried before only to fail so this time I want to be armed and prepared!!
Wishing you all the best with your quit!!
