Note: Prepare your fish however you wish!
Fish Tacos for Two
2 Tilapia filets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 TB taco seasoning (any lo- or no-carb brand or make your own)
1 cup raw cabbage, chopped
2 low carb tortillas
Mix the mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning (I use no carb seasoning, generic wal mart brand) to make the sauce. It's better if you make ahead and let sit for a few hours. Sautee tilapia in butter in a teflon pan until slightly browned. I use a Mexican placa (flat iron skillet with handle) to brown the tortillas. Place sauce and fish in the tortilla, and top with cabbage. Veeery nice.
