Hi, Gopher! I've made your acquaintance already via your Web page and the Atkins support board (where I lurk on occasion). I also love your cheese bread and make it regularly, with a few variations (I use ground flaxseed and wheat gluten instead of the soy flour). Yum!

Where do you live, anyway? Just curious. I'm in Vancouver. Nice to meet you here!

I live in Scotland and have been eating low carb for about a year and a half.
A while back I joined a Yahoo group for low carbers in the UK, but quit because many of the people posting were ignorant and rude.

I've read through some of the threads here and this looks like a much better forum.
