Since Atkins Die, The Shakes I Guess Had Been Discontinued, And Its Been Really Hard To Find A Tasty Shake (powder) Can Somebody Tell Me About A Tasty Low Carb Shake, Thanks.

I use the slim fast LC creamy chocolate shakes. They are good and haven't bothered by weight loss at all. The ATkins shakes are still available, though, I see them in every grocery store I go in, plus walmart and target. The slim fast is less expensive.

I buy Atkins shakes from the drug store - 4 pk. is $9.99. pricey but convenient to me.

I live on the coast of Virginia and have seen the Atkins shakes in all 4 grocery store chains here. They're $7.99 per four pack. I only used them about 3 times a week and haven't found them to stall me. I will also look for the Slimfast LC shakes; I didn't know they made them.

I also have Body Fortress whey protein powder. It's OK. GNC stores carry a lot of protein powders; you just have to be careful of the carb count. Read labels.

I know the pre-made, canned shakes aren't "clean" foods, but I like the convenience and haven't stalled on them. But, YMMV.

I didn't like the powder ATkins shakes, but I did like the powder shakes from Vitacost.com. They are called Walker Shakes.

The powder must have gone the way of their vitamins. Bummer.

I pay $4.99/4pack at Super Target here in North Texas. I don't enjoy eating or making breakfast, so I have a vanilla shake most mornings.

I didn't even realize that all words where capitalized. I did type this at a different pc, soooo who knows, who has time to capitalize a very single word? not me...can't explain how it happend. What I know and understand is this forum is to :help: each other not to see how people type. For Instance I was so focus in find a shake that I didn't even notice that whole capitalization deal. Thank you for you input. :cool:
