Hi all,
My parents are making Chinese meatballs with 3 pounds of ground beef and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. I looked up the carbs of cornstarch. Is that too much carbs?

When's dinner? ;)
The best way to coming to a decision is by doing the math.
Divide the number of meatballs you get from the recipe into the cornstarch + any other carb ingredients in them. Then, multiply the carbs for each meatball by the number of meatballs you expect to eat.
Just as a cooking tip, you don't really need to add cornstarch to meatballs. 1 egg to a pound of meat should do the trick of holding them together.
