Make sure you check the ingredients - I have seen people posting that the flavoured ones have sugar added!!

Blech - I'd never buy the flavored ones - the plain ones were hard enough to get used to! Mostly I grind them up for coating on chicken.

I like the plain ones. I dip them in ranch dip or guacamole. Yummy! :yum:
The bbq ones I use to bread chicken and fry.

The Texas Pork Puffs Cinnamunch ones are made with sucralose, not sugar. I'd never guess that they are a pork product. Available from Netrition.com. Maybe the BBQ ones have sugar.

I get mine from the dollar store, too. Utz brand. Sometimes from Giant, too. Every flavor I've ever seen around here (BBQ, hot) has sugar, but it can't be much. the carb count is still zero.

I get mine at the grocery store, don't know how much I pay I really don't look. I'm eating hot -n- spicy right now, bag says $2.19. I'm under the impression that perhaps the hot will increase my metabolism. That might just be wishful thinking!

I like the plain ones with guacamole dip or with cream cheese. I've never crumbled for coating, I'll have to try that tip.

I use ground pork rinds for breading all the time. I buy the cheapest ones I can find--sometimes Wmt has a cheapie brand; if not my Dollar General has a good prices on it as well as Save A Lot. I just buy the plain. The Cinnamon are harder to find though. Stores around here don't carry it. Netrition has it but there is 5 carbs per bag and it's not real cheap $1.89 for 2.25 ounce bag where I usually pay around $1.25 for 5oz bag of plain and zero carbs.

If you have a Sam's Club nearby you might check there too. A friend occasionally brings me a huge tub of plain pork rinds (Lutz brand) and she say's it's real cheap but I don't know the exact price since she won't let me pay her. We don't have the store around here.
