Any ideas about the following kinds of restaurants: Chinese, Thai, Japanese? I have been getting steamed broccoli and shrimp at chinese-- but getting kind of bored. Any word on Fish sauce, chili sauce, , etc. Hard to know what has added sugar, yes?
Thanks. Lost 8 pounds so far in 3 weeks!

Sashimi at Japanese restaurants for sure!
I would approach Thai and Chinese with caution. Most Thai food has sugar in it, and Chinese has both sugar and starch.
