I haven't gone over there, I've heard mixed reviews. All of the diners in our area are so hit and miss :(

Great American is good for drinks... Viggiano's is delicious, there are a few things on the menu we can eat and they do take out.

I'm from Morrisville, PA , have been lo carbing since mid June 2007 and have lost over 50 lbs. Was on a very restricted Kimkins Diet but decided to switch to a more rounded and healthy one but haven't figured out which plan I should be on. What's your plan Fatkins? Tell me about it. I just joined this site.

I'd love to find some locals to band together with. I tend to be a loner, but honestly I need companions to make sure I don't fall off the wagon.

My best and longest weight loss was in the mid-90's when several of us at work started a low carb diet together and walked every day during lunch.

I looked great then and for several years after.
