Hi, yep, I'm a Louisiana girl....this is my 2nd time round on the low carb...been really serious since this past July...How about you? The more buddies the better to help us through this. Welcome to the forum...it has tons of great info and people....don't know what I would have done without it...great recipe input also. Good Luck!

hey Donna and Ginyer

I'm from Hammond, LA and will be officially starting the LC journey Saturday. I've LC'd before and had success...just never made it a way of life. Well, I came to the realization that I am a carb addict and this is the only way I'm gonna lose the weight and keep it off.

Good luck to us Louisianians! Thank God crawfish are low carb :yum:
