Hi all,

I'm a newbie who is about to start low-carbing. I am in the midst of reading Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, and plan on starting Atkins at the end of this week.

I am 29 years old and live in Adelaide, South Australia. I'd love to hear from other low-carbers in Adelaide (or anywhere else for that matter) for support and advice.

My email address is red_roses_72~hotmail.com (I have MSN too under the same address).

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!!!

Hi Wendy,
It's always great to see another Aussie come on board!
Have you looked at the "Newbie's Questions" section yet? Lots and lots of great info there.
Good luck to you with your new way of life!

Well hi!

Grats on taking up LCing. You will find so much support here, in the Aussie section and also in the Newbie and Journal sections.

Keep reading - that book is so helpful.

Looking forward to hearing of your successes.

Hi Wendy  Welcome aboard

I live about 1 hour north of Adelaide, so I guess were almost neighbours :D

I second what others have said about this board, there are just so many wonderful people here who are more than happy to share their knowledge will you.
Don't be shy about asking questions, were all in this together.
If you haven't already, it's a great idea to start your own Journal, it will help you keep track of what your eating/drinking/doing etc., and you will find people will pop in and give you advice.

I wish you the very best of luck, keep us posted.
bye for now
Kaye
