I don't like to cook very complicated recipes so I though I would share this.
Heat oil over medium heat. Very lightly season pork chops with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Don't ignore this or it will be very salty. Squeeze lime juice over them and fry until brown and cooked through. Top with mozzarella cheese and salsa or just serve plain.

i'm not sure i understand what makes them too salty... is it overdoing the creole seasoning? or the lime juice? i love the idea of topping it with mozzerlla. i'm a huge pork chop fan... hubby says he married me for my fried pork chops. i think i'll try this!

Sounds good and I have all the indredients so will plan on having this tonight with a salad!
